School Security
Covingham Park Primary School has arrangements in place to ensure the safety and security of pupils, staff and visitors. Our security arrangements are regularly reviewed and are informed by the risks relevant to our school and wider community.
We have procedures in place for responding to a range of emergency situations, including incidents requiring the school to secure or evacuate the site. Staff receive appropriate training and guidance, and our arrangements are reviewed regularly in line with Department for Education guidance.
Further information about our security arrangements is available from the school on request, although some operational information is necessarily kept confidential for security reasons.
